Location: Slough (with occasional travel to Client and Suppliers)

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join Acorn and play a key role in supporting our growing operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within building services, facilities management or M&E , who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving value across the business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of procurement activities across the business, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontract services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with company governance. You'll also work closely with operational and commercial teams to support service delivery and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.

What we're looking for:

Procurement or supply chain management experience

Strong supplier and subcontractor management skills

Commercial awareness and negotiation experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Experience within building services, FM, construction, or a similar environment would be highly advantageous

CIPS qualification (or working towards) is desirable
