# Procurement Assistant **ADVANCED INFORMATION SECURITY SOLUTIONS** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Procurement Assistant Location: Doha, Qatar About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement Department in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in procurement operations. Experience with Odoo ERP will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Assist the Procurement team with day-to-day purchasing activities. Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation. Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements. Monitor order status and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies. Support vendor evaluation and maintain good supplier relationships. Assist in inventory monitoring and replenishment planning. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Update procurement transactions in the ERP system. Perform other procurement and administrative tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support. Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation. Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the IT, ELV, ICT, or construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with local suppliers and procurement practices in Qatar is an advantage. Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
