About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead our global purchasing and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing mobile devices, selecting and evaluating suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and optimizing stock planning to meet sales demand while maintaining ideal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Purchasing: Plan and execute bulk purchasing strategies for mobile devices based on market demand, sales forecasts, and inventory goals.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate, select, and onboard reliable international and local suppliers, building strong long-term vendor relationships.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate competitive buy prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profit margins.
• Stock & Supply Planning: Work closely with Sales and Inventory teams to forecast demand, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Supply Chain Logistics: Oversee inbound shipping schedules, customs coordination, and freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery of shipments.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management in the UAE.
• Industry: Prior experience in mobile phone trading, consumer electronics wholesale, or international device sourcing is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, demand forecasting ability, and proficiency in ERP inventory modules and MS Excel.
• Attributes: Analytical thinker, market-aware, and highly organized under tight trading timelines.
