Procurement and Product Manager

Duties

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project needs.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to forecast material requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Regularly conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure product durability, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site agents to schedule deliveries, achieve Just-in-Time delivery planning
• Achieve cost-saving targets without compromising on quality, safety, or aesthetic requirements
• Oversee material requisition and inventory management, ensuring critical materials are always available for emergency repair works
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement or supply chain management
• 7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within construction, property management or renovation industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• In-depth interior finishing or decorative materials knowledge will be preferred
