Join our dynamic team as a Process Server and Investigator, where you will play a vital role in delivering legal documents and conducting investigations to support legal proceedings.

Duties

• Serve a comprehensive range of legal documents including subpoenas, summons, complaints, eviction notices, restraining orders, child support papers, lien documents, foreclosure notices, injunctions, and divorce papers.
• Conduct private investigations as needed to locate individuals or gather pertinent information related to service attempts or case requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle for service delivery across various locations.
• Strong report writing skills with the ability to document service attempts clearly and professionally.
• Good people skills.
• Must be current or retired Law Enforcement Office (full or part time) or have a current Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card.

Looking for servers in following areas: Chicago Northside, Chicago Suburbs (North, Northeast, West), Aurora,Naperville, Joliet and Kankakee Areas)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
