Job Description Manages the Process Work Package , ensuring deliverable quality , schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours: - Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution - Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept , company policies and project guidelines - Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product owners - Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirements - Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for Performance Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in a similar position , in EPC projects in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industry - Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process Engineering - Proficient user of CAPRI, COMOS and other engineering tools will be considered a plus - Good presentation , coaching , facilitation and project management skills - Fluency in English , Italian or other languages will be considered a plus Additional Information Employee perks, benefits - Permanent contract - 5% Annual bonus - Flexible working time - Home office possible 2 days a week - Referral program - Training and Inova Academy Compensation - Basic wage component (gross): 59000 EUR - This amount is our minimal offered salary.
