Job Summary Enlitho seeks a Process Engineer to operate and maintain direct laser writing lithography systems for wafer patterning at sub-200nm resolution, supporting micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication with hands-on training provided. Responsibilities Operate and maintain direct laser writing lithography systems to pattern wafers with sub-200nm resolution Ensure process quality and repeatability by monitoring lithography parameters and adjusting controls as needed Support process development activities to optimize micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication Perform process monitoring and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and improve yield Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality records Collaborate with equipment, process integration, and quality teams to align process improvements and resolve technical challenges Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and safety standards to maintain a controlled fabrication environment Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating front-end lithography and semiconductor processes Familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related field) Enlitho Private Limited (the “Company”) is a deep-tech that specialises in micro- and nanoscale design and fabrication with aim of being the go-to solutions provider of micro-nano technology products and services in Singapore and the region.
