Location: First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP), Batangas Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) Solar Cell Manufacturing team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and improving production processes to ensure high efficiency, yield, quality, and operational stability within the manufacturing line. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain stable production processes in the TOPCon solar cell manufacturing line Analyze production data, yield performance, defect trends, and process anomalies Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process-related issues Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and product quality Optimize process parameters to enhance production performance and reduce material loss Coordinate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and R&D teams for process improvements Support daily production operations and provide technical guidance to operators and technicians Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and engineering reports Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and safety procedures Participate in new equipment qualification, process trials, and continuous improvement projects Monitor key metrics such as efficiency, yield rate, downtime, and consumable usage Assist in training production staff on process standards and operational procedures Escalate critical process abnormalities to management and provide timely updates Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Science, or related field) Preferably with experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, or High-Tech Manufacturing industry Experience in TOPCon, PERC, or photovoltaic manufacturing process is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledgeable in process control, SPC, yield analysis, and root cause analysis tools Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering reporting Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours if necessary Good communication and teamwork skills Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also apply Preferred Skills Familiarity with diffusion, PECVD, laser, screen printing, wet chemistry, or cell testing processes Knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Working Schedule 12 hours/day 6 days/week Shifting schedule Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary package Government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay Paid leaves and holiday benefits Career growth and training opportunities within the solar manufacturing industry Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
