QUALIFICATIONS: With working experience is a plus. Good analytical ability. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Possess good decision-making skill. Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques. Can work with minimum supervision. Have basic knowledge in problem analysis method: FMEA, RCA, DMAIC. Knowledgeable on MS Office particularly Excel, MS word and Power point. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. Reviews yields and paretos; Comes up with effective corrective actions to improve the yields. Plans for and introduces process control procedures/systems, and analyzes statistical data to form basis for improvement action plans. Perform continuous process improvement by introducing new materials, processes, tools, and jigs / fixtures that will increase yield or reduce labor time.
