Analyze and troubleshoot process, machinery, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Develop, review, and improve SOPs, work instructions, and process standards to ensure consistency and quality compliance. Plan and execute process validation for new equipment, materials, products, and production layout changes. Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and other improvement methodologies. Monitor key process KPIs and provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or equivalent) Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in manufacturing or automotive production environment Knowledge in process improvement, cycle time study, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production processes, machinery, and tooling Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related systems/software; experience in automation projects is an added advantage Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits: Dental insurance Free parking Health insurance Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Professional development Application Question(s): What is your expected salary?
