Collect, organize, validate, analyze, and interpret production, utility, equipment, and laboratory data. Conduct routine field inspections and check process and equipment conditions. Identify process deviations, losses, recurring problems, and abnormal trends. Verify compliance with approved process parameters, specifications, procedures, and control standards. Provide technical support during troubleshooting and abnormal operations. Conduct or support investigation, root cause analysis, and preparation of technical recommendations. Perform process optimization studies, engineering calculations, and continuous-improvement activities. Apply statistical process control and process-trend monitoring to critical parameters, where applicable. Support Design of Experiments and plant trials to establish or optimize process and equipment parameters. Conduct or support process capability studies, including Cp/Cpk, and measurement system analysis for critical measurements, where applicable. Develop or recommend improvements to process control plans, specifications, SOPs, operating parameters, and monitoring forms. Conduct or support Process FMEA and other process-risk assessments. Support the qualification, testing, and commissioning of new or improved materials, processes, and equipment. Apply appropriate Lean and continuous-improvement tools to improve process performance and related KPIs. Monitor approved corrective actions, CAPA, recommendations, and improvement projects, and validate their results. Coordinate technical concerns with Operations, Maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, suppliers, and other support groups. Provide process-data support for supplier quality, material qualification, R&D, and project requirements, where applicable. Identify efficiency, reliability, and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare technical reports, performance updates, studies, presentations, and project proposals. Maintain technical records, calculations, process studies, and action trackers. ** MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/S REQUIRED (Education / Experience / Attributes / Competencies / License, Etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering course, depending on the assigned area Preferably a licensed engineer At least two years of experience in plant operations, process engineering, utilities, power generation, or a related field Knowledge of process monitoring, troubleshooting, RCA, data analysis, and process optimization Working knowledge of DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, Process FMEA, and Lean tools is preferred; training may be provided as part of capability development Knowledge of process-control plans, SOP development, equipment testing, and qualification activities is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; Power BI or statistical-analysis software is an advantage Good analytical, communication, coordination, and technical report-writing skills Willing to conduct field inspections and work in an operating plant environment Safety-conscious, organized, and able to coordinate with different departments Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Work Location: In person
