The successful candidate will analyze existing practices, identify process gaps and inefficiencies, develop improvement recommendations, and support the implementation of optimized processes. The role will also collaborate with various teams to promote effective process management and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Meet and collaborate with different teams to understand existing practices, workflows, and operational requirements. Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes using data, documentation, and other relevant artifacts. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present process improvement reports, recommendations, and findings to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and follow through on the implementation of approved process improvements. Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend solutions for newly implemented and existing processes. Review, update, and maintain process documentation, procedures, and policies. Conduct regular reviews and validation of process artifacts, records, and execution documents to ensure compliance and consistency. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify further areas for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are properly communicated and adopted. Champion the use of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices in process management. Prepare reports and documentation related to process performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives. Perform other process management and improvement activities as assigned. Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in process analysis, process management, business process improvement, or a similar role. Strong ability to identify process management metrics, inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong report writing, documentation, and procedure writing skills. Familiarity with Jira and other project or process management tools. Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Ability to analyze data and process artifacts to support recommendations and decision-making. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple process improvement initiatives. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in process governance, quality management, or operational excellence. Experience creating process flows, procedures, guidelines, and other process documentation. Experience working in an Agile environment. Familiarity with process performance metrics and continuous improvement frameworks. Experience using Jira for tracking tasks, issues, or process-related activities.
