PRO – Public Relations Officer Department: Administration / HR Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) Reports To: General Manager / Management Location: UAE The PRO is responsible for handling all company-related government transactions, employee visa and labour procedures, licensing requirements, immigration matters, and coordination with UAE government authorities. The role is responsible for ensuring that all company and employee documents remain valid, compliant, properly recorded, and completed within required timelines. Key Roles & Responsibilities Handle all MOHRE transactions, including job offers, work permits, labour contracts, amendments, cancellations and other labour-related applications. Handle GDRFA / ICP transactions, including employment visas, entry permits, status changes, residence visas, cancellations and related immigration procedures. Process and coordinate Emirates ID, medical fitness, health insurance and visa stamping/residency procedures for employees. Manage employee new visa, renewal, cancellation and transfer procedures from beginning to completion. Maintain an updated tracker for: Visa expiry Emirates ID expiry Work permit/labour card expiry Passport expiry Medical insurance expiry Establishment card expiry Trade licence and other company-document expiries Handle company transactions with relevant authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Economy & Tourism/concerned licensing authorities, municipalities and other UAE government departments , as applicable. Assist with trade licence renewals, amendments, establishment cards, immigration files, labour files and branch-related documentation . Prepare, submit and follow up government applications and ensure that rejected or returned applications are corrected promptly. Coordinate with employees to collect passports, photographs, certificates, signed contracts and other documents required for government processing. Verify documents carefully before submission to avoid errors, rejection, penalties or unnecessary additional charges. Keep management informed about visa quotas, application status, pending approvals, fines, expiry dates and government-rule changes affecting the company. Maintain proper electronic and physical records of all employee and company government documents. Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of passports, Emirates IDs, employee records, company credentials and government portal information . Coordinate with Accounts regarding government fees, application charges, deposits, refunds and other PRO-related expenses, with supporting receipts. Obtain management approval before making any non-routine government payment or committing the company to additional charges. Provide management with regular updates on completed, pending, rejected and upcoming PRO activities . Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
