The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. REQUIREMENTS - PharmD degree or BS Pharm with post-2006 experience. - Experience with patient counseling, patient profile review, pharmacokinetic evaluation, superior time and project management, preceptorship, evidence-based literature review. - 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience. - Must be licensed as a pharmacist and in good standing in Ohio or Michigan at time of hire. - Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan AND Ohio within 60 days of hire. Michigan licensure includes controlled substance license. - BLS, Board Certification within 2 years of hire. - Must be within 100 miles of Toledo, Ohio 43604. Training and meetings are in person.
