Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life through innovative design work that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Your expertise will help craft compelling digital and print materials that communicate our commitment to quality and innovation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include administration, scheduling, and operation of several printers/plotter along with their associated resources (files, consumables, maintenance, etc.), plus coordination with production personnel regarding pre- and post-printing. Secondary responsibilities include contributing towards the development of graphic content. Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is also an asset for consideration. Knowledge of SolidWorks and other engineering programs is necessary. - Experience - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, print media, branding, and motion graphics - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, Figma, and other graphic design software - Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress content management systems, and basic JavaScript is a plus - Knowledge of color theory, typography design for media, prepress processes, and print production standards - Experience with digital art creation including photo editing, photo manipulation, and visual storytelling techniques - Strong understanding of layout design principles for both digital platforms and print media Join us at Phillips Precision Medicraft where your creativity will make a meaningful impact!
