Principal Software Engineer – Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer – Technical Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise healthcare and insurance applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, with a strong focus on C#, .NET, architecture, performance, security, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Own application architecture, integrations, and system design decisions.
• Drive software quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Platform, QA, Data, and Product teams.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
• Support AI-assisted development practices and cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Oracle.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, messaging technologies, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and software architecture.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments is an advantage.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
