They need a design lead who can run a team, sign off good work,and be the person clients ask for by name. Why this seat is open The firm is winning more data centre and hospital work in Singapore and the region. The electrical team is growing at every level, and this role sits at the centre of it. What you'll do Lead the electrical design on building projects from concept to handover: power distribution, standby generation, lighting, and security systems Run a team of engineers and technicians, and grow the junior ones Be the electrical lead clients deal with, and bring in repeat work Work closely with mechanical, structural and architectural teams on the same projects Juggle several large projects at once and keep them profitable What you bring Professional Engineer Electrical) registered with PEB Singapore, or a Chartered Engineer (CEng) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering 8 or more years at an engineering design consultancy Team management , leadership Confident with clients and with electrical design software Nice to have Data centre or other mission-critical projects Hospital or healthcare projects Green building or energy-efficient design Why it's worth a look A growing team with senior seats opening up above you Data centre and healthcare work, not just offices and malls A known name, in an office small enough that your work gets noticed To apply Send your CV to samuel@trident-recruit.com,or message me on LinkedIn for a confidential chat.
