Principal Agentic AI Engineer & Harness Engineering Lead

We are seeking highly skilled and hands-on Principal Agentic AI Architects & Lead Trainers to join our Dubai team. The selected candidates will be responsible for architecting, developing, deploying, optimizing, and governing enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions while mentoring and enabling engineering teams on modern AI engineering practices.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring proven experience in designing and delivering production-grade AI applications, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, AI copilots, enterprise AI platforms, and AI engineering frameworks.

Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise across the complete AI stack, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Agentic AI Frameworks, AI Harness Engineering, Local AI Deployment, AI Infrastructure, Tokenomics, Model Optimization, Quantization, Fine-Tuning, RAG Architectures, AI Security, and Enterprise AI Governance.

Mandatory Experience 12+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions. Demonstrated experience delivering multiple production-grade AI projects from design through deployment. Strong experience training, mentoring, and leading AI engineering teams. Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
