The Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools in East London and Essex, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum. Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations. Adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning styles. Following school policies and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils. Providing feedback to school staff and maintaining continuity of learning. Who We're Looking For We are keen to hear from qualified primary teachers who are passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within a primary school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A flexible, positive and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
