We help experts and entrepreneurs turn their voices, knowledge, and expertise into revenue through coaching, online education, live events, and training. We’re hiring a President to lead day-to-day company operations, own financial performance, and turn the Founder & CEO’s vision into consistent results. You have already helped scale a business, led domestic and international teams, and built systems that allow a company to operate independently of its founder. Direct operations leadership in the coaching or online education industry is essential. The One-Sentence Test If the CEO is still assigning tasks, chasing updates, building project plans, or managing daily execution, this role is not working. The right person builds the team and systems that allow the company to run for 30 days without her managing operations. The Mission Lead company-wide execution, strengthen profitability, and remove founder dependency from daily operations. As President, you own the people, systems, projects, launches, events, financial performance, and accountability that keep the business moving. Your work frees the CEO to focus on revenue generation, speaking, partnerships, and the brand. Our business runs on events and monthly launches, so understanding how those activities work is central to this role. What Winning Looks Like The CEO spends less than 10% of her time on operations. Team members know their priorities, owners, deadlines, and measures of success. Every launch and event has an operating plan, budget, accountable owner, and follow-up process. Domestic and international team members deliver consistently without the CEO chasing progress. Documented systems are followed, maintained, and improved. AI systems and automation reduce manual work and improve reporting and execution. Revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability are visible, with corrective action taken early. The CEO receives clear dashboards and recommendations, and the business keeps moving during her absence. Your First 14 Days Days 1–3 | CEO Extraction Capture the founder’s vision, revenue goals, offers, client journey, monthly launch calendar, event commitments, team responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Identify where the company still depends on her knowledge, approvals, or follow-up. Days 4–7 | Business Audit Audit operations, finances, team capacity, contractors, vendors, software, sales handoffs, customer success, events, and reporting. Identify unnecessary spending, revenue leaks, missing ownership, manual work, and AI or automation opportunities. Present prioritized recommendations. Days 8–14 | System Buildout Begin implementing the operating structure: project plans, team accountability, launch and event workflows, SOPs, financial reporting, and a company KPI dashboard. Establish how the team will use each system and how you will monitor adoption. Deliverables Due by Day 14 CEO Extraction Report and Team Accountability Map Operations Audit, Systems Audit, and Cost Reduction Report 90-Day Operations Plan with priorities, owners, deadlines, and success measures Company KPI Dashboard and System Compliance Plan Daily Responsibilities Lead execution across the domestic and international team; resolve blockers, clarify priorities, and address missed commitments. Own active projects from planning through completion, with clear owners, deadlines, dependencies, and risk management. Oversee launch execution, including registrations, applications, attendance, sales follow-up, conversions, and revenue performance. Oversee event readiness across venues, hotels, production, speakers, sponsors, vendors, staffing, and attendee experience. Own operating performance and P&L accountability; monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, contractor costs, and vendor commitments, and take corrective action when needed. Build, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows, internal tools, and automations that solve operating problems. Resolve routine operational decisions and coordinate with the executive support team to protect the CEO’s time. Weekly Responsibilities Lead the executive meeting with a clear view of performance, risks, decisions, and recommended actions. Hold one-on-ones, review team KPIs, coach leaders, and address performance gaps. Review upcoming launches and events for budget, staffing, readiness, and execution risks. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and capacity planning as business needs change. Deliver one dashboard covering revenue, pipeline, marketing, sales, customer success, events, and team performance. Monthly Responsibilities Review business performance against revenue, profitability, and operating goals. Own the operating plan for monthly launches and lead post-launch reviews. Review the P&L, budgets, cash flow, and event economics; recommend actions that protect margins. Audit recurring expenses and negotiate vendor, venue, hotel, and service contracts. Evaluate team performance and capacity, improve systems, and update priorities with the CEO. System Ownership & Compliance You own each system from design through daily use. Maintain SOPs, checklists, training, reporting, and accountability mechanisms. Confirm the team follows the process and improve it when results show a problem.
