Responsibilities include: - Analyze customer needs and match them with Netline’s solutions — both existing and customized. - Lead and coordinate the technical, managerial, and commercial aspects of RFP responses. - Play an active role in shaping the product roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback. - Conduct live demonstrations, field trials, and technical presentations for customers. - Support sales and marketing activities, bridging the gap between technology and business. Job Requirements: - B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in pre-sale engineering or technical sales in the high-tech industry. - Hands-on experience with RF systems (e.g., cellular networks, radios). - Experience in electronic warfare systems — an advantage. - Proven ability to conduct customer-facing demonstrations, field trials, and technical presentations. - Previous experience working with security & defense customers — an advantage. - Strong skills in writing technical and commercial proposals, including RFP responses in both Hebrew and English. - A true team player, willing to travel abroad quarterly and obtain security clearance. - Fluent English — mandatory (both written and verbal).
