Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of experience in traditional and digital sales and marketing. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital tools, and analytics platforms. - Strong communication, research, and market analysis skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. - Willing to travel occasionally for sales and partnership activities. Key Responsibilities - Support partnership expansion through presentations, promotions, and account management. - Develop and execute sales, e-commerce, and social media campaigns. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign implementation. - Monitor e-commerce platforms, websites, and partner channels. - Manage partner relationships and ensure compliance with brand standards. - Review communications and oversee operational processes, reports, and dashboards. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance. - Coach team members and monitor renewal and sales performance.
