You will focus on CCTV camera layouts, basic network bandwidth calculations, and proposal preparation. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities Tender & Document Review: Read client requests (RFPs/RFQs) and technical drawings to understand project scopes. System Design: Design basic CCTV network architectures, camera placements, and storage/server calculations. BOQ & Cost Estimation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and price estimates using vendor price lists. Technical Submittals: Help compile data sheets, compliance statements, and product compliance documents. Vendor Coordination: Talk to suppliers and manufacturers to get product specifications and pricing. Sales Support: Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and product demos for clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IP CCTV systems, lenses, resolutions (IP/Analog), NVR/DVR storage, and network cabling (UTP, Fiber). [1, 2] Software Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel is crucial for BOQs) and basic familiarity with drawing tools like AutoCAD or CCTV design tools (e.g., JVSG System Design Tool).
