Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with client pre-qualification criteria. Prepare and submit all required documents, forms, and supporting materials for PQ and vendor approval. Maintain and update the company’s pre-qualification and registration tracker. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for PQ clarifications and requirements. Ensure timely renewals of registrations, certifications, and approvals. Support the Sales & Business Development team by providing PQ updates and approvals status. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Pre-Qualification / Vendor Registration within the Oil & Gas sector. Preferred ADNOC experience. Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and tendering requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Immediate joiners preferred. Dependent visa candidates are highly preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
