Pre Primary Curriculum Developer

Key Responsibilities: As the Academic Lead, you will be responsible for

Curriculum Development and Implementation ● Design and update the preschool and daycare curriculum in alignment with Finnish pedagogy, EYFS, Reggio Emilia-inspired approaches and practices. ● Design and plan age-appropriate lesson plans with learning activities and materials (such as worksheets and projects) for the early years programs ● Plan, schedule and support in monitoring the execution of monthly events, carnivals, PTM, Annual Day, Sports Day. ● Monitor procurement of books, toys and other supplementary material like worksheets and teaching aids etc. ● Create assessment formats for children to monitor their development and learning in congruence with the delivered curriculum ● Integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the curriculum.

Staff Training and Development ● Conduct regular trainings, workshops and professional development sessions for teachers that enable them to create meaningful learning experiences for young children ● Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness. ● Observe classrooms, review lesson plans and academic documentation, and assess the overall learning environment. ● Onboard and train new teachers on curriculum, classroom practices, lesson delivery and classroom management. ● Work closely with Centre Heads, Centre Coordinators, and teachers to resolve academic challenges.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
