We’re hiring an experienced pre-litigation paralegal to manage PI files from intake through settlement. What You’ll Do - Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution - Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills - Draft demand packages for attorney review - Identify and resolve liens and subrogation claims (health insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, providers) - Keep clients informed and supported throughout their case - Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers - Keep files current and organized in Filevine What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, including pre-litigation (required) - Hands-on experience with demand letters, medical record review, and lien/subrogation work - Filevine experience is a strong plus - Strong organization and the ability to prioritize a full caseload - Clear, compassionate communication with clients Why Russell & Hill - Flexibility: hybrid or fully remote - Mentorship: work directly with experienced attorneys invested in your growth - Team culture: collaborative, supportive, and focused on client results - Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; and a PTO package How to Apply Submit your résumé and a brief note about your pre-lit experience.
