A Day in the Life The Media & Digital Manager is responsible for developing and executing media, digital, and performance strategies to strengthen Prada Beauty's brand desirability and transactional growth in the Korean market. As the key digital and media expert, this role focuses on blending Prada's brand storytelling with high-impact sales performance, advanced search, and immersive consumer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Media Planning & Management Manage and oversee the planning, implementation, coordination, and reporting of media campaigns. Plan the media mix for both awareness and transactional media campaigns (Digital, Social, Video, OOH, etc.) aligned with product and e-commerce channel strategies. Own the development, execution, and optimization of paid media, ensuring consistency with the brand's sense of purpose and DNA. Maintain day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns. Maintain accurate budget tracking and communicate potential under- or overspends. Identify new growth opportunities in performance media via new channels or beta-testing with existing partners. In charge of media asset development and management: develop ad copy and contents with the E-com team and PM team. Manage the brand's Kakao Talk account and develop Kakao Talk push message contents. Lead comprehensive search strategies (including SEO and emerging search environments) to optimize organic visibility, brand sentiment, and content discoverability. Reporting and Analysis Analyze paid media activities in order to demonstrate campaign impact and align with the brand’s business objectives. Conduct quarterly in-depth media analyses, extracting performance insights from campaign data, identifying relevant trends, and delivering proactive recommendations. Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels (Web, Mobile, Social Network, and Media). Assess each touchpoint’s effectiveness in achieving its intended purpose against both business and consumer experience objectives. Improve the consumer experience and maximize media impact through the analysis and management of all touchpoints. Market Intelligence & Collaboration Monitor competitive media activities, luxury communication trends, and evolving consumer behaviors to bring innovative practices to the team. Lead relationships with media and digital agencies, setting clear expectations and challenging them to elevate delivery quality. Partner closely with local cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-com, Retail, PR, Finance) and align with HQ guidelines. We Are Looking For +5 years of experience Experience in media planning/execution either at agency or in-house brand. (Experience in cosmetic company is preferred.)
