Job Title: Practice Manager (Regenerative Medicine Clinic)

Location: Golden, CO (on site)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week during clinic hours

Pay: $62,000–$82,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

ABOUT KORE

Kore Regenerative Medicine is a physician-owned, cash-pay regenerative and longevity practice in Golden, Colorado. We are small, growing, and run on clear standards, real numbers, and people who take ownership.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Practice Manager to own the daily operation of the clinic. You will make Kore run consistently, profitably, and predictably, and you will lead the front-of-house experience patients judge us by. You report directly to the physician owner and lead the administrative team (front desk, medical assistants, PAs, and contractors) on scheduling, coverage, attendance, and process.

This is not a "keep the lights on" job. You will own a scorecard, report your numbers weekly without being asked, and have real authority to make decisions. If you want a role where you are handed a task list and checked on all day, this is not it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Provider schedule fill rate: grow booked provider hours from 70% toward 85% and eliminate empty provider days
• New patient routing: apply our written acceptance criteria consistently, every time
• Program consult bookings and routing patients into the right care pathway
• Lead source tracking: every new patient tagged to where they came from
• Ambassador program operations: monthly meetings, attendance, applications, and social activity tracking
• Monthly KPI reporting from source data, delivered on time and accurate
• Front-of-house coverage: phones, inbound inquiries, check-in and check-out, payments, intake, opening and closing
• Daily team huddle, staff schedules, PTO, and coverage
• Inventory at par levels with zero stockouts
• Day-to-day vendor management
• Writing and maintaining SOPs and the practice manual
• First-level patient service recovery
• Calendar and travel logistics for the physician owner

HOW YOUR TIME BREAKS DOWN

About half front office, about a third practice management, and the rest chief-of-staff support to the owner. Your management time is protected on the calendar.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years running operations in an outpatient cash-pay, aesthetic, regenerative, or functional medicine practice
• Owned a provider schedule with a fill-rate or utilization target, and can tell us the number you moved
• Supervised 2+ staff, including scheduling and PTO
• Managed inventory using par levels
• Produced monthly KPI reports from source data
• Wrote and maintained SOPs
• Daily EHR experience (Cerbo preferred)

PREFERRED

• Experience with membership or program-based revenue models
• CRM and EHR administration, especially Cerbo and GoHighLevel
• Ran an ambassador, affiliate, or referral program
• Planned events for 20 to 50 people
• Basic P&L literacy by service line

GROWTH

As the practice grows, this role grows with it: building the ambassador program into a primary source of new patients, owning the systems the practice runs on, and supervising a patient care coordinator as we add staff.
