Part of this job is the day-to-day: scheduling, insurance verification, claims, and keeping the front office running smoothly. The other part is relationships. You'd be the friendly face our referring offices know by name. That means stopping by with lunch, checking in with their teams, planning outreach and events, and noticing when a referral pattern changes. If you like solving problems on your own and enjoy talking with people, you'll probably like it here. You might be a good fit if you: Have 3+ years in dental admin (specialty experience is a big plus) Know your way around insurance and collections Are comfortable picking up the phone or walking into another office to introduce yourself Take ownership and follow through without being chased Have used Open Dental (nice to have, not required) Have done any referral, marketing, or outreach work (also a plus) What we offer: Paid time off and paid holidays Medical stipend 401(k) with match A small, supportive team and real room to grow into practice leadership We're not a big corporate group, so your ideas will actually get used here.
