Job Description – PRO Manager Position: PRO Manager / Government Relations Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month Experience: Minimum 10 years of UAE experience Industry: Construction / Contracting preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PRO Manager to manage the company’s government relations, immigration, labour, licensing, and regulatory affairs. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth government transactions, maintaining compliance with UAE laws, and supervising all PRO activities related to employees and company operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all PRO and government relations activities . Handle employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. Manage MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, ICP, Municipality, DET/DED, Free Zone and other government transactions. Handle Emirates ID applications, medical fitness tests, and related procedures. Manage labour contracts, work permits, establishment cards, and company immigration files. Coordinate trade licence renewals, company registrations, amendments, and approvals . Monitor expiry dates of visas, licences, permits, and company documents. Ensure all government applications and renewals are completed within deadlines. Liaise with government authorities, typing centres, service centres, and external agencies. Maintain accurate records of employee and company government documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and government requirements . Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, visa processing, and cancellations. Support project teams with government approvals, permits, and required documentation. Handle government inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements. Resolve government-related issues and follow up on pending applications. Prepare regular reports on visa status, renewals, company licences, and government transactions. Supervise and guide PRO/administration staff. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, Legal, and Operations departments. Keep management updated on changes in government procedures and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in PRO, Government Relations, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and government systems . Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Emirates ID, and visa processing . Strong experience handling company licences, permits, approvals, and government documentation. Construction/contracting industry experience is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driving licence is preferred. Ability to independently manage multiple government-related matters and deadlines. Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month , depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits will be provided as per company policy and UAE labour law.
