The ideal candidate has experience in both traditional software development and Microsoft Power Platform technologies, enabling the creation of efficient, scalable solutions that improve business processes and operational performance. This role will collaborate with existing developers and business stakeholders to design, build, integrate, and maintain applications that support various organizational functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Build automated workflows and process improvements through Power Automate . Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI . Develop and support applications using C# .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core technologies. Create and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of developed solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation. Ensure applications meet security, performance, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field. At least 2 years of software development experience . Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, or .NET Core . Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs . Knowledge of SQL Server and database management concepts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint Online. Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions. Experience integrating Power Platform applications with third-party systems. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Experience working in Agile development environments.
