Power BI Specialist (Dynamics 365 F&O)

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to build, optimize, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to convert complex ERP data into actionable Power BI dashboards and executive reports.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions using data sourced from Dynamics 365 F&O.

Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, tabular models, and custom visualizations.

Configure data pipelines, BYOD (Bring Your Own Database), Dataverse, and Azure Synapse Link for D365 F&O integration.

-

Transform raw ERP financial and operational data into clear analytics for executive and functional teams.

Perform data validation, query performance tuning, and report optimization.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

-

10+ years of total experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing.

-

Proven track record building Power BI solutions directly on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O .

-

Strong mastery of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.

Solid understanding of D365 F&O data structures (General Ledger, AP/AR, Supply Chain, Inventory).

-

Excellent communication skills; based in Canada and authorized to work legally.
