All work will be done in English. - Experience managing contractors or employees - A track record of setting clear expectations and getting projects delivered on time - Clear, confident written communication, since most of the work happens over email Video editing experience is a huge plus. You'll know the terminology, know how to give creative notes to editors, and be able to jump in on light edits. - Keep track of every project in post and keep timelines moving - Manage our contract editors by setting clear expectations and deadlines - Source and onboard new editors depending on project needs and availability - Review cuts and give notes before anything goes to a client - Send videos to clients, clarify feedback, generally make sure the video edits match their expectations and needs - Handle quick fixes yourself when that's faster than sending them back, like reformatting a video or adding captions
