# Position Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant **OXVOR International** · Riyadh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant Work Location: Onsite Preferred Candidate Profile: Arabic nationality Gender: Any Experience Required: 10–15 years Salary: Up to SAR 25,000 per month The Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules across GASCO Group’s manufacturing and industrial entities. The successful candidate must also have strong working exposure to SAP Materials Management (MM), ensuring seamless integration across procure-to-produce, production execution, inventory, and quality inspection processes. This position will serve as the functional authority for production planning, shop-floor execution, and quality processes within the SAP landscape, working closely with plant operations, procurement, quality, finance, and IT teams. Key Duties and Responsibilities SAP Production Planning (PP) Configure and support demand management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production order execution across discrete, repetitive, and/or process manufacturing environments. Maintain and optimize production master data, including: Material master records Bills of Materials (BOMs) Work centers and resources Routings and recipes Production versions Manage and support the complete production order lifecycle, including order creation, release, material issue, confirmation, goods receipt, settlement, and variance resolution. Support production scheduling, shop-floor control, and PP integration with SAP QM and MM. Improve planning strategies, including Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO), according to plant and business requirements. SAP Quality Management (QM) Configure and maintain inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), and quality information records. Support incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections, including inspection lot processing, results recording, usage decisions, defects, and quality notifications. Manage quality notifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), vendor quality processes, batch management, and vendor evaluation integration. Support compliance-related quality documentation and audit readiness in line with regulatory, customer, and applicable NCA requirements. SAP Materials Management (MM) Integration Ensure effective integration between SAP PP/QM and MM for raw-material procurement, subcontracting, goods movements, inventory management, and material valuation. Support material master data governance, including views related to planning, procurement, quality, inventory, batch management, and stock status. Troubleshoot cross-functional issues involving procurement, inspection lot creation, batch status, quality stock, and inventory postings. General and Cross-Functional Responsibilities Gather requirements from production, plant, quality, and procurement stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications. Prepare and maintain configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, process documents, and end-user guides. Lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous-improvement initiatives across GASCO Group entities. Coordinate with ABAP and other technical teams on system enhancements, interfaces, forms, workflows, and reports. Conduct functional testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation. Provide day-to-day production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs. Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the SAP Center of Excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. SAP certification in PP and/or QM is preferred but not mandatory. Experience Requirements 10–15 years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration and support experience. Participation in at least five full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong working knowledge of SAP MM and the ability to manage PP/QM–MM integration points independently. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, oil and gas, or process-industry environments is strongly preferred. Experience supporting multi-company, multi-entity, or multi-plant SAP environments is an advantage. Required Technical Skills Advanced SAP PP configuration knowledge, including MRP, demand management, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, production versions, and production orders. Advanced SAP QM knowledge, including inspection planning, inspection lots, quality notifications, sampling, usage decisions, and quality certificates. Working knowledge of SAP MM, including procurement, inventory management, subcontracting, batch management, and material valuation. Experience with relevant SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications for production and quality management. Knowledge of SAP integration with PM, SD, and FI/CO from a PP/QM perspective is an advantage. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge and the ability to prepare detailed functional specifications. Strong understanding of SAP master data and end-to-end manufacturing processes. Ability to communicate effectively with plant operations, production, quality, procurement, finance, and IT teams. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across multiple entities. Strong documentation discipline and commitment to knowledge sharing. Good command of both Arabic and English.
