Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Handle property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures. Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good client-handling and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is preferred.
