Portfolio Accountant Location: Onsite | Work Schedule: US Eastern Hours Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Portfolio Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to work independently, and experience handling multiple entities in a deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining clean books, and supporting audit and tax requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties or entities Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals Prepare and review financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare and support audit and tax workpapers and coordinate with external auditors or accountants Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple entities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and reporting deadlines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 4 years of accounting experience Experience in property accounting or handling multiple entities is highly preferred Experience preparing audit and/or tax workpapers Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis) Experience with accounting systems; property accounting software is an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
