The role involves supervising operational teams, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring performance, and improving operational processes. Key Responsibilities . Oversee daily port, terminal, and wharf operations. . Manage and coordinate operations teams, manpower, and equipment. . Monitor vessel movements, cargo handling, safety, and operational performance. . Coordinate with shipping lines, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders. . Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Requirements . Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. . Minimum 5 years of experience in port, terminal, maritime, or logistics operations. . Strong knowledge of port operations, cargo handling, safety, and maritime procedures. . Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. . Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 619110
