We're looking for a reliable, friendly and organised Pop-Up Kiosk & Trader Manager to oversee the daily running of our kiosk at The Trafford Centre. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is confident managing a busy retail environment. Key Responsibilities Daily Setup & Presentation - Arrive on-site at 8:30am to prepare the kiosk for the trading day. - Clean and tidy the retail units, display surfaces and surrounding floor areas. - Set up and maintain units for long-term traders where required. - Ensure all traders are fully set up and ready to trade by 9:45am. - Make sure all bags, coats, boxes and personal belongings are stored away. - Ensure product displays are neat, professional and visually appealing. Trader Management - Welcome new traders on arrival and show them to their allocated units. - Explain the kiosk guidelines, trading procedures and Trafford Centre rules. - Support traders during setup and answer any questions they may have. - Monitor traders throughout the day to ensure centre rules and YBYS standards are followed. - Act as the main point of contact for traders and assist with any day-to-day queries. - Report any issues or concerns to the management team. Kiosk Management & Social Media - Regularly check that the kiosk remains clean, tidy and presentable throughout the day. - Ensure walkways are clear and all displays remain within allocated trading spaces. - Take good-quality photographs and short videos of brands, products and displays for social media. - Provide regular updates to the YBYS team. - Oversee the kiosk until the end of the agreed shift, ensuring everything is left clean and secure. What We're Looking For - Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. - Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with different people. - Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. - Confident explaining and enforcing rules professionally. - Proactive and willing to get involved with cleaning, setup and general tasks. - Comfortable taking photos and videos using a smartphone. - Previous retail, visual merchandising, hospitality or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
