Pacific Pools is a local pool company, and we’re a little obsessed with our customers. We pride ourselves on being maniacally customer focused. That means we show up when we say we will (rain or shine), we answer the phone, and we treat every pool like it’s our own backyard. Our customers have instilled their trust in us since 2020, and we don't want to ever give them a reason to reconsider.

We’re hiring technicians for the 2027 season (April through October), and we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work as much as we do.

What you’ll do

• Service residential pools on a set weekly route in upper Cape Cod ( e.g. Falmouth, Mashpee, Woods Hole, etc)
• Test and balance water chemistry and handle chemicals safely
• Skim, brush, vacuum, and clean filters and baskets
• Perform spring pool openings and fall pool closings
• Diagnose and flag equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters) early
• Get to know your customers, and leave every pool, and every customer, better than you found it

Who we’re looking for

• Prior pool service experience strongly preferred
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Dependable and punctual!!!
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working in various summer weather conditions (rain or shine)
• Comfortable with physical work outdoors in all weather, including lifting modest weight

Schedule (April-October): Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, all subject to slight modification

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
