Pool Service Technician

Job Overview

Complete Outdoors is looking for an experienced and dependable Pool Service Technician to join our growing team!

We specialize in custom pool construction, renovations, and outdoor living spaces throughout Central Florida. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in the pool industry, takes pride in their work, and can provide excellent service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with pool equipment and systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems.
• Perform equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Identify and resolve pool plumbing, electrical equipment, and water circulation issues.
• Assist with warranty service calls and customer concerns.
• Perform pool start-ups and equipment testing as needed.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding service findings and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and document completed work.
• Work closely with our construction and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the swimming pool industry required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential pool equipment.
• Familiarity with major pool equipment brands, including Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
