Sea Island is hiring a full-time Pool Cleaning Assistant Manager in St. Simons Island, GA, paying $48,000 to $54,000 per year . As Training Lead and Route Manager, you are the dedicated people leader for our field team responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, dispatching technicians, and jumping on routes to lead by example and guarantee five-star pool standards. You need at least 2 to 4 years in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, or related fieldwork, plus leadership experience of some kind (crew lead, trainer, senior tech, or informal).

Who You Are:

• You are a hands-on leader who would rather be in the field than behind a desk.
• You take pride in water chemistry and equipment work you can stand behind, and you hold a CPO certification or plan to earn one.
• You are the person newer techs come to when a job goes sideways, and you coach without making anyone feel small.
• You are a clear communicator who stays organized and works a problem through to a real fix.
• You bring a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, and you are comfortable working from route management or field service apps.
• You bring the durability for outdoor work in changing conditions, including kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for long stretches.

Required Qualifications:

• Pool Cleaning experience and knowledge (chemicals, cleaning, balancing)
• People management/training experience
• Must be able to hire, train, dispatch, and cover routes as needed
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

What You Will Do Each Day:

• Run ride-alongs, field evaluations, and real-time coaching with technicians.
• Inspect finished work, follow up on corrections, and settle guest and customer concerns.
• Adjust routes and coverage during high-demand stretches.
• Enforce chemical handling, PPE, and equipment safety standards, and keep service records accurate.
• Troubleshoot minor pool and equipment problems in the field.
• Clean pools, test water, and balance chemicals.
