Project A role within a global team responsible for supporting the Chief Technology Officer of Global Markets across a range of transversal topics, including financial governance, budget management, production stability, data quality, supplier management and organizational oversight. The mission focuses on financial monitoring, budget supervision, reporting, KPI analysis and transformation initiatives, working closely with cluster managers, pillar leads and senior stakeholders. The role combines financial control, management reporting and governance activities to support decision-making and ensure effective budget management across the Global Markets perimeter. Role - Support the CTO Office in budget governance and financial management activities - Collaborate closely with cluster managers, pillar leads and management teams - Prepare onboarding committee materials and governance documentation - Monitor hardware and software budgets and support sign-off processes - Produce monthly budget and financial reports - Perform financial analysis and budget trajectory monitoring - Participate in monthly closing activities - Manage accruals and prepayments processes - Monitor actual costs and perform budget variance analysis - Analyze KPIs and financial indicators - Develop and maintain dashboards and trend monitoring reports - Support headcount budget supervision across worldwide - Interact with external suppliers regarding financial and operational topics - Contribute to the definition and implementation of operational and financial processes - Support transformation initiatives related to NFTE and FTE budget management - Provide reporting and analytical support to CTO, managers and stakeholders - Contribute to continuous improvements in budget management and reporting processes We are looking for - At least 2 years of experience in budget management - English fluent, French B1 - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management - Experience in financial analysis and budget monitoring - Experience supporting monthly closing activities - Knowledge of accruals and prepayments processes - Experience performing cost control and budget variance analysis - Experience creating management reports and dashboards - Strong reporting skills - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint - Experience monitoring KPIs and performance indicators - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams - Experience working with senior management and governance processes - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement attitude - Experience in financial governance, PMO or management control environments (valued) - Experience within banking or financial services environments (valued) What you can discover with us? - Be part of a tech start-up - Different scopes of project in different sectors - Structure of fairness and equity salary (Consultant Profile) - Training & Certification - Career Path management - More than 30 Partnerships - Welvaart Ambassador Program UNLEASH THE POWER OF YOUR CAREER Pagamento: Até 2 300,00€ por mês Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Lisboa
