Monitoring of overall program status and recommends and delivers best practices on reporting, data analysis and storytelling and presentation. Facilitation of endorsement, prioritization and approval of projects through the Project Advisory Board Formulation and implementation of corrective/preventive actions and recommended action plans based on assessment of performance of ICT activities Management of ICT project change control process Conduct of post-implementation review of ICT programs, projects and other activities Monitoring of earned value for ICT programs and projects.
