Key Responsibilities · Ensure the work complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, HSE, and quality requirements . · Coordinate with Engineers, Project managers, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Main contractors. · Plan daily work and monitor manpower, attendance, and productivity. · Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Supervise installation of Hot/cold water supply, drainage, sewerage, rain water and sanitary systems . Supervise installation of Sanitary fixtures, fittings, Water heaters, all types of Pumps, water tanks, all kind off IVs and PRVs . Supervise the installation of all the Manholes, Channel gratings, floor traps, etc. Coordinate fire fighting pipework where applicable with the fire fighting team. Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, and chlorination of plumbing systems. · Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment . · Coordinate and assist with testing and commissioning of the complete plumbing systems. · Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement/store teams for timely delivery. · Identify site issues, resolve them where possible, and escalate technical matters to the Engineer/Project Manager · Identify and coordinate rectification of snags and defects . · Coordinate inspections with consultants, main contractors, and all the authorities like DEWA & DM · Assist with Red line markups, As-built drawings, Training, labeling, and handover . Requirements Minimum 6 years' experience as Plumbing Supervisor in MEP Knowledge of UAE plumbing codes and DEWA, DM regulations Valid UAE driving license preferred Work Location: In person
