# Plumbing BIM Modeler **Pasyon** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role (Candidates who need to serve 30 days notice period kindly ignore this post) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects. - Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications. - Develop plumbing and Drainage layouts for a variety of projects. - Prepare detailed drawings of plumbing systems, including both rough-in and fixtures. - Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects. - Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. - Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings. - Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope. - Regularly review work to ensure accuracy and quality. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 4 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a Contracting company -Experience required preferably in GCC - Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. -Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations. - Proficiency in using AutoCAD software -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings -Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Candidate should be available in UAE and ready to join on an immediate basis Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you available in UAE?
