Responsibilities Lead and coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PLM systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, and system administrators—to gather detailed business process requirements and translate them into effective test cases. Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios that cover functional, system, performance, and regression testing of PLM modules. Execute test cases across various platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, and web applications; utilize automation tools such as Selenium and TestNG to streamline testing processes. Conduct root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases using defect tracking tools like HP ALM or Jira; facilitate defect prioritization and resolution efforts. Perform data analysis using SQL (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2) to validate data integrity within PLM systems and support troubleshooting activities. Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to ensure smooth release cycles; participate in system upgrades and release management activities. Skills Extensive experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, system testing, performance testing, and regression testing within an Agile or Waterfall SDLC environment. Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, along with scripting languages including Python, JavaScript, Bash (Unix shell), and.NET. Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful API, SOAP), web services (XML/JSON), service-oriented architecture (SOA), and related integration techniques. Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like HP ALM, Jira, or TFS; familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms using tools like Appium; experience with mobile testing best practices. Familiarity with database management systems including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB; ability to perform complex SQL queries for data validation. Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab; experience supporting release management processes. Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting software issues; ability to interpret logs and debug code effectively. Excellent communication skills for requirements gathering from business stakeholders; adept at creating detailed test cases and documentation. Experience working within a Business Analysis framework to map business processes to technical solutions; familiarity with PL/SQL scripting is a plus.
