# PLM Functional Consultant **Staffeagle llc** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: PLM Functional Consultant Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Salary: Competitive / Flexible based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PLM Functional Consultant with strong testing and quality assurance experience to support enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions while ensuring PLM solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, solution architects, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document current-state and future-state business processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to align business requirements with PLM capabilities. Support functional, non-functional, integration, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices. Execute test scenarios, document defects, and work with delivery teams to drive resolution. Support the design and review of automated testing solutions and scripts. Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), solution demos, stakeholder walkthroughs, and validation activities. Support data validation and migration testing to ensure data integrity. Track quality metrics, testing results, risks, and issues. Create process documentation, user guides, training materials, and end-user readiness materials. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, developers, business users, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen — Required. 6+ years of experience in PLM implementations. Strong functional consulting and business analysis experience. Hands-on experience supporting enterprise system implementations with a strong focus on testing and validation. Experience with PLM platforms such as Aras Innovator, Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, Arena, or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience with QA, functional testing, and UAT. Experience creating test strategies, test cases, test plans, and traceability documentation. Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping skills. Experience with system integrations, enterprise data flows, and data validation. Working knowledge of databases and SQL. Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TypeScript-based solutions, or similar technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Aras Innovator or another modern PLM platform. Experience implementing or supporting automated testing solutions in enterprise environments. Exposure to cloud and SaaS enterprise applications, including Azure environments. Experience with Git or other version-control systems. Experience using AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis, testing, documentation, or productivity. Background in manufacturing, retail, engineering, or product development environments.
