Develop and maintain PLC programs for automated machinery and industrial equipment. Design, develop and deploy scalable software systems with AI/ML integration. Develop, train and implement machine learning models or rule-based solutions. Analyse large datasets and translate data insights into practical software solutions. Participate in software architecture, technical design and technology decisions. Conduct code reviews, design reviews and testing to ensure software quality. Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers. Contribute to project planning, technical documentation and implementation. Develop and maintain reliable production-grade applications and services. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support. Provide technical support at customer sites when required. Follow software development best practices, coding standards and quality processes. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering / industrial automation experience . Hands-on experience in PLC programming, development, testing and troubleshooting is mandatory. Experience with PLC control systems and industrial automation . Experience with HMI/SCADA systems. Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, Java or similar languages . Experience integrating software applications with PLC/automation systems. Experience with AI/ML technologies is preferred/required depending on the client's actual need. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred. Vy SYSTEMS PTE. LTD.
