The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver and is familiar with modern QA automation practices, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Generic Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and software applications. - Create and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver . - Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing . - Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts . - Identify, document, track, and retest software defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms. - Execute automated and manual tests and provide clear test results and defect reports. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. - Maintain test data, test environments, and automation documentation. - Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives . - Continuously improve test automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering , or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation and with hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver - Programming/scripting experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# . - Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. - Knowledge of Web UI testing and API testing . - Experience with Git/version control . - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies . - Strong understanding of software testing principles, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
