Plant Supervisor

Overview

As a Plant Supervisor, you’ll guide daily operations, coordinate production schedules, and help teams deliver safe, consistent, high-quality work. You’ll connect production planning with company needs, using our system and data to keep work moving and address issues promptly. Your impact: By coordinating people, materials, and schedules, you help production teams meet quality requirements and provide dependable output for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and daily activities, balancing production priorities with quality control and operational needs.
• Build and adjust production schedules;
• Review Microsoft Excel data and company analytics to identify constraints, track performance, and guide decisions.
• Apply continuous improvement, process improvement and practices to improve workflows.
• Communicate across production, quality, and teams; support team leadership and day-to-day general management.

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing management, production management, plant supervision, or operations management.
• Familiarity with production planning, production scheduling, production management systems, ERP systems, SAP, and MRP.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and interpret chain information.
• Knowledge of quality control, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience process improvement is valuable.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,300.00 per year
